Making Mental Health Convenient

At Dedicated Onsite Therapy, we strive to provide our clients with value, convenience, and compassionate care. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are committed to helping our clients achieve optimal well-being.

We value our clients' trust and work to build strong relationships with them based on honesty, empathy, and respect. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for our clients to express themselves and explore their emotions.

We understand that life can be hectic, and that's why we offer convenient services that fit into both our clients' and providers’ schedules. Whether it's through in-person visits or TeleMental therapy, we make sure our services are accessible to all.

Above all, we approach our work with compassion. We recognize that mental health struggles can be challenging, and we are here to provide support and guidance every step of the way. Our goal is to empower our clients to live their best lives and thrive in all areas of their well-being.

Our Mission

The primary therapeutic approach for Dedicated Onsite Therapy providers is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, and so change the way they feel. It is used to help treat a wide range of issues in a person’s life. CBT works by changing people’s attitudes and their behavior by focusing on the thoughts, images, beliefs, and attitudes that are held (a person’s cognitive processes) and how these processes relate to the way a person behaves, as a way of dealing with emotional problems.
